As someone who rarely ventures out into the ocean, I was anxious at first but Brian's encouragement throughout helped me feel more confident! Additionally he picked a great spot for us to surf that still had relatively shallow water even much deeper into the ocean -- even so far out we were only 5 feet deep and able to stand if we fell off our boards.
He provided all the equipment and all we needed to bring were our swimsuits and towels! It's clear he knows what he's doing after more than 25 years of teaching -- we got the best crash course in surfing ever and can't recommend him enough!! 10/10 for anyone looking for surfing lessons
